Cottage close to the sea

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

We offer a 2021 renovated home in a quiet area. Parking is available in a closed private courtyard. Hot tub available, reserve 48 hours beforehand and +5 degrees Private terrace and garden with south-facing exposure (garden furniture). Wi-Fi ok Accommodation close to necessary shops (bakery, butcher, doctor's office, tobacco...) Beach 15 min. drive. The marsh is 200 m away, ideal for lovely walks. Our accommodation is less than 1/2 hour from Royan, Rochefort, Saintes and Oléron

The house, consisting of a large living room and three bedrooms, is just across the street from the family beach of Matha and 800 m from the port of La Cotinière and its shops within walking distance. Access to the bike paths is just in front of and behind the house. You'll love the place because of its comfort and tranquility.
