Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint-Julien-les-Rosiers

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

We had a lovely stay with friends. We enjoyed the accommodation as well as the terrace. Everything went very well with the accommodation. Biker friends, a large garage to bring in motorcycles and plenty of room to park cars and trailers.

We had an exceptional and rejuvenating stay! The cottage is very well-equipped and so pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and terrace, where the views are breathtaking. We were welcomed with great kindness and great tips for visiting the area. Agnes and her husband are very friendly and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this timeless place. Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

An incredibly pleasant place, a peaceful and bright environment. It was a real pleasure to stay in Alexandre's house: the rooms are spacious and pleasant, the outside perfectly maintained and Alexandre's welcome perfect, knowing that he was able to be very flexible with the arrival time. The village is particularly welcoming and beautiful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Awesome stay, We love quiet and exotic places, it was just perfect!!! An incredibly well renovated accommodation with very good taste. Bedding of exceptional quality. Pool with fresh spring water but we enjoyed it a lot. The plancha and brazier are very useful for cooking enthusiasts. Our dog has had the best life at La Clede. Domityle and her spouse remain reachable and are adorable. Lots of river/bike/hiking spots nearby. The village grocery store has everything you need, and the bar restaurant next door (Le panier fleuri) offers hearty and inexpensive dishes in a family atmosphere. We'll be back, that's for sure! 🥹😍 Océane and Mathieu.

The house in the small Hamau is very quiet and very private. The nature, the surroundings, the house and the pool are brilliant. We felt completely undisturbed. We had contact with Johanne several times by phone. She gave us a lot of tips and detailed explanations. We were even allowed to meet her mother Nathalie with her partner in person. As well as the neighbors, an artist who showed us his studio (out of sight) and who rebuilt all the Hamau years ago. They were all sooo warm! We spent unforgettable holidays here! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was excellent and Florent made sure everything was OK for us with frequent communication and offers of help. He left us plenty of things to make our stay comfortable, and the apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and the WiFi worked well. We knew that it was 30 minutes walk to the centre of Nimes, and as it was the fiesta that was probably a good idea because of the crowds and noise! But the area is a bit scruffy and the view from the apartment veranda is over retail and industrial units. Parking was easy in the area, though, and we weren’t worried about our safety or that of the car.

We miss the superlatives to talk about our stay at Aisha's!! - top cottage! (in total there are 3): great location (25 minutes from Valon Pont d 'Arc) quiet, functional, typical of the region and carefully decorated. The bedding is impeccable (including the sofa bed!). There is absolutely nothing missing in terms of amenities. The Air conditioning was very appreciated. The 3 cottages are very distinct from each other and perfectly harmonize around the common areas (gym, beautiful and large swimming pool very well maintained, summer kitchen etc.) and the estate is large enough for everyone to have their independence as they wish.... but we greatly appreciated the fact that we are not totally alone and isolated. We were able to have great encounters. And what about Aisha!!! She is amazing! caring, kind, caring for her vacationers while being very discreet. A Love!! Thank you bcp Aîcha

Come without so much as a second thought! Michelle is really nice and welcoming. The apartment is very well arranged, and perfectly maintained, equipped, and comfortable. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Really nothing to repeat. I will be back as soon as I can.

This (too short) stay filled us with happiness. We were first very pleasantly surprised by Marie's attentive and warm welcome, then won over by the comfort of the apartment and the garden (with swimming pool). Great stay as a family (two adults and three big teenagers). The house is in one of the most beautiful alleys of the center of Uzes, if not the most beautiful, while being very quiet including on market day (Saturday morning) close by and very popular. Very nice to stroll through this beautiful village without having to take the car, have meals on the terrace (really very nice) of the house and if you prefer a restaurant, you are close to good tables, good bakeries/pastries, cafe terraces, very appreciated. The house is very well-equipped and decorated. Certainly there are stairs to go from one bedroom to another and to the living room and this is part of the charm of the house. Very good communication with Annie-France who was very responsive for details when necessary.

we had a great stay! the house is super comfortable, large, very well equipped, a decoration made with taste, very thoughtful amenities. a games room with everything that can be possible to have fun, and have a good time for young and old... our hosts were extremely kind and available, Gisou and Rolland are lovely and welcomed us with good bottles, Christmas decor, chocolates ...GREAT!!! That's so nice. the house is quiet, it's amazing as it's peaceful, and it's beautiful, we were able to admire the sunsets, a view of the Pont du Gard, wonderful!!! we struggled to leave so much that we loved this place. many activities around, beautiful villages to visit, horseback riding, walks, restaurants, ect... it's the perfect holiday spot: beautiful house and with everything, beautiful place, adorable hosts... what more could we ask for?

A real little paradise much better than the idea we had when we saw the listing. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped with quality bedding, an A/C and a great summer kitchen. The pool is great not overlooked and with a wide view of the landscape. And it's paradise for hiking leaving from the house on foot there are plenty of paths. What happiness!

Very nice rental. We appreciated that the house - old oil mill - is out of the way, without vis-à-vis. The pool is for private use, only tenants have access to it. The house is perfect for a couple.
