Grands Rochers Gîte

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

70 m2 house on a fenced plot, quiet with south-facing terrace. Parking in the back + bowling alley. A small nest for your relaxation. Everything is provided: sheets, towels, eco-friendly cleaning and toiletries... Basic organic groceries. Kitchen + living room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds) and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped for maximum comfort. In summer, the small shed equipped with a sofa bed can accommodate 1-2 children or teens. They'll love it!

Four generous ensuite rooms full of French vintage charm and elegant decor, spacious open-plan sitting room and kitchen and a large terrace with garden views. A perfect escape with family or friends in the bucolic countryside of Auvergne, between the Foret des Colettes and the Sioule gorges. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
