The air conditioning is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind guests and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and bottle-feeding them! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

Audrey and Jacques were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The house is lovely, in a peaceful and beautiful setting. It has have everything you need, the garden with it's tent and outside chairs are a great addition from which to sit and admire the views and listen to the bird song. Champfromier is a pretty and friendly village, with a well stocked shop and an excellent boulangerie, both within easy walking distance.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

We were also able to enjoy delicious cakes and enjoyed the time in Megeve. Kitchen was super equipped, only the mattress was a little too hard for us (but that's a matter of taste). We had a great time staying at the place. It was beautifully quiet and private. The place is not touristy at all and therefore has only a few restaurants. If you like to cook yourself, there is a Lidl nearby. If you look more closely in some corners, you can see that it is not the highest quality kitchen, or not the highest quality bathroom cabinet. But everything was super clean and that's the main thing. :)

Warm welcome by Florence, quickly available for questions. You quickly feel at home in the beautiful lodge in which everything is present, even up to (bar) mixer! Luxury laundry room with washer and dryer. Extensive set of garden furniture. Thick white hotel bath towels and beds with wonderful mattresses. Roller shutters, and car can be in indoor garage. Great lodge! Florence also took the time to say goodbye to us the night before departure. Very friendly. In short: recommended!
