We were hosted very well by Christophe and his wife. Very nice house, good location. We enjoyed the pool. Large plot, our little girl was able to play quietly and see the squirrels. Very good communication with the owners throughout the stay, a house that we recommend......

This was the best accommodation and hospitality we have experienced so far and that means something, because we always have great accommodation. Sophie and Eric, the dogs, the chickens, the cat, the turtle, the family and the friends are just great. We felt at home or better like visiting good friends from the first second. Thank you! The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. The location is special if you like short distances to the beach or to nature. But shopping for the best French food is also just 4 minutes away by car. We preferred Les Halles in Bretignolles-sur-Mer. Cheese, fruit, vegetables, fish and meat - all the best quality and French coziness and matching flair. This is how shopping, cooking, eating and living are fun. Unfortunately, we can only give 5 stars, 7 would certainly be appropriate. We will be back if we can. With that in mind, à bientôt and allez les chiens - Vamos!

Nice private house in an excellent location (very close to Sauveterre beach & surf spot, close to shops and city center), with a beautiful garden. Pictures and description matched the listing, check in and check out smooth thanks to the helpful local agent Christine.

we had a pleasant 3 night stay at morgan's place. we received a very good welcome (chatter and simplicity ) the places are as described on the listing. the calm and charm of this little lodge seduced us. the place is clean and tastefully decorated. easy to park as we have a reserved spot. we don't regret coming and will happily be back.

We stayed 1 week in the little house of Bourgenay. The decor and amenities are perfect! We really enjoyed the very nice house! The pool is not too far away and every evening we have the friendly visit of the green-necked ducks to the great pleasure of the children. There are not too far on foot: A bakery, An en primeur A fish shop, etc... I would highly recommend it

Once again a very nice extended weekend with the family in the Marais where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. We were delighted to come back and will come back again.

This little gem is worth five stars in every category. Laurence was a kind, helpful and generous host and the Gite was immaculate - a little oasis with the most lovely, tranquil gardens giving shade and privacy on hot days. The bike routes out of the back door were wonderful. Thankyou Laurence!!

We spent 2 great weeks in this house with our children, clean accommodation and the host is very responsive and responds to any request. If we return to the area, we would gladly take over this place. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

The house had a great location for a wedding nearby. We slept very well there. It was perfect! Spacious and very well-equipped, it was really a pleasant stay. We even think about renting it out for a family vacation. Thank you very much Claudie for your responsiveness, your kindness.

This was our second stay at this rental that we find just perfect and we will be happy to return. The place is very quiet, very relaxing and the ocean with its huge beaches is a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Mamoune's cozy place. Very good welcome from Miguel with many surprises on arrival, which is very pleasant. The accommodation is true to the photos and very pleasant. The terrace is a real plus, especially on sunny days! The accommodation is also very well equipped! I would highly recommend this listing! Everything was perfect. 😄

We had a pleasant weekend in Marie-Ange's studio. Fully equipped, clean, well arranged studio. As a couple with 1 toddler, the accommodation was perfect. Communication with Marie-Ange is great, the welcome door is a real little extra (lists of shops, restaurants nearby, etc.). Thank you very much and good luck.

Marie welcomed us very warmly. Impeccable location. There's nothing missing. We spent a week without taking the car, everything is within walking distance, market, restaurant, beach, city center. We highly recommend it. Thanks again to Marie for the sweet treats for our 1st breakfast and her tips for our stay. We will be back no problem.

We had a very nice stay, the hosts are responsive and the accommodation was even better than in the photos!!!! Thank you very much, I highly recommend it! (just remember to take toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls)
