We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Don't let the "not on the beach" scare you away. VERY short walk. Also great because the area doesn't seem to stay very crowded. Most relaxing beach vacation I've ever had. I will be back.

Our family of six had a fantastic stay at Paradise Shores in Mexico Beach! The condo was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—it felt like home. We made great memories here. Beach access was easy and close, the view was stunning, and the pool area was clean, quiet, and never crowded. The property felt very secure, with friendly neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere. Pristine Properties offered competitive pricing, an accurate listing, and quick, helpful responses to all our questions. One small issue: the listing said only one key fob would be provided for entry, which concerned us with a larger group. We later found out a door code was also available, which made things easier—this could’ve been clearer upfront. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for a low key summer vacation . We were basically on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay. Condo was large and a great home base for our vacation. Only negative was the host/company was slow to respond or sometimes no response at all.

Nice, quiet place. The rooftop deck was a nice perk. Easy walk across the street to the beach.

Great place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view of the setting sun over the gulf. Lots of space, with three bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large party. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook for ourselves. Everything about the stay was made easy by host Susie.

My family and I loved it here. You have the beach in the front and canal in the back. Spent Mother’s Day weekend with my husband, kids and MIL and had such a peaceful time. I highly recommend the pizza truck across the street and Shell shack for fresh seafood. Most things are fairly walkable and all the shops have friendly staff. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the door code is so long it’s frustrating to get the door open sometimes.

I am very thankful we returned to CSB and stayed in a well kept environment. We booked this property last minute after our original location felt unsafe. We really enjoyed the pet friendly condo! Our first time traveling with a dog was made more enjoyable by our host & the little details they include for your pet. Location & beach is great. Condo is updated and well stocked with everything needed. Views are perfect. We had to leave early due to Hurricane Helena but our host was very communicative and kept us up to date. We hope to return. *Condo is on the main road so you do hear road noise from the bedroom and beach at times. It was fine for our family.

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Place was beautiful and clean. There is beach access immediately across the street. The beach umbrella that they provided was of great use to us on our beach days. The beach chairs however weren't in great condition. The kitchen has every pot and pan and utensil that you might need to cook your own meals, but be sure to bring your own seasoning and oil.

Our girls trip to Mexico Beach was amazing! All the amenities listed by Anna were accurate and it wasn’t even but a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Will definitely come back and stay at Anna’s place again!

We loved our stay! Tommy and Rebekah thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every conceivable need, down to Tupperware containers for leftovers! Everything was clean and comfortable! My sister particularly enjoyed the bunk bed cubbies ;) it was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool was nice as well. we will definitely go back!

Enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfy and the third floor had nice views!

Our stay was perfect and this rental property did not disappoint. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and got to spend time with family. Has everything you need to cook and the washer and dryer came in handy with dealing with wet clothes and towels. We hope to stay again.

We had the best week in Mexico beach. This place is very centrally located, not just to Mexico Beach, but also for day trips to Port St Joe and Panama City. Mostly we spent our time bouncing between the beach and the pool. Highly recommend. Thanks Sheryl for sharing your space with us.
