Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Joseph Bay

The host Mark is knowledgable, friendly, down to earth & responsive. I felt like no matter what may come up, I had a point of contact that would care & do something. This place, the location, layout & ammenties simply cannot be beat! The only thing we had to purchase was our groceries! Whether you are visiting as a couple or a family...you cannot go wrong staying here. We felt comfortable & safe the entire visit. The beach is literally seconds from your door, the pool is clean & kept, the room itself lacked nothing, there is plenty of room to move around as well as sufficient seating both indoors & out, the beds & pillows are extremely comfortable, the a/c & fans keep the rooms nice no matter how it feels outside, all appliances are up to date & work properly as well as nice furniture & clean classic decor. No elevators to hassle with or waitng for a parking spot. You pull right tonl your door! I feel we have found a gem that we will frequent every visit to P.C.B.

Our stay at Serenity Now was probably the best vacation we’ve ever had! It was so easy to spend the whole day at the beach and walk back quickly for lunch. The neighborhood was quiet and you can see the water from the porch. Scott was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was priced well which made this whole trip possible. We will definitely be back!!

Best spot for a quick stay. Comfortable and affordable. Dog-friendly with a full kitchen. Very quick walk to the beach ~ the beach entrance is less than 20 steps from the front door. And Schooners is less than a 10 minute walk down the beach. Tracy was always quick to respond and helped us get checked in the late night of within 3 hours of booking the stay. Thanks Tracy!

Everything was clean and just as described. It was up on the 16th floor, but elevators were always available to get you to the beach quickly!

Nelofer was so sweet and accommodating for a last minute booking. Her place is tiny but it was perfect — a quick walk to the beach, I’ve cream shops, arcades and cart racing plus plenty of restaurants to choose from — all within a few minutes drive. Her decor felt like home and we loved sitting at the patio enjoying the beautiful night breeze or enjoying a shaded game of monopoly. I would definitely book again. TYSM for such sweet, special memories for our girl.

Stayed for our family vacation part of the family was next door at treasure island the others was a 3 minute drive down the road very convenient, beautiful views,and peaceful ☺️

My girlfriend and I loved our stay in the mermaid suite! Cute place and great location. My favorite thing was how CLEAN everything was. I probably brought it up 20 times during our stay lol! Would highly recommend (:

Had a great stay here for a wedding weekend. The home was perfect. Good location and easy to get around. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need for a trip to the gulf area.

A wonderful stay! Coffee included, great local restaurants near by (highly recommend The Grand Marlin), very easy walk to beach, nice hot water, fenced in backyard with fire pit and included dog bags, comfy bed/couch with Roku TVs. So much to enjoy! Secret perk: beach access 9 is amazing and is the closest beach to this house. Over a whole week we never once had to hunt for a spot, just set up 50ft from the outlet every time which is amazing for somewhere as well known as PCB. I especially want to give a shout out to Igor our host, he was very attentive without being intrusive.

Was a very nice place to stay great views even for a rainy stay we enjoyed the place and the neighborhood. The only complaint I had was the grill got over looked from cleaning after the people before us but I will definitely take that over previously booked places we have stayed in the past. We will definitely be booking here next time we are out this way!!

We had a great stay at the beach cottage. It is located right in the middle of st Joe and Mexico beaches. It was about a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The queen bed was comfortable. And the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Hope to come back someday.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

This property was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable and super relaxing. Seaweed was apparently the worst it’s been in a while but it did not interfere with relaxing on the beach or swimming in the ocean. We chose to eat one evening in Port Saint Jo which offers a variety of great restaurants. Allisa was super helpful and wonderful to work with. Will book here again!

We had a fantastic stay! Alan was super helpful and clear with check in/out instructions. The elevators are quick, and it was super easy to get up to the room. The condo had a beautiful view and was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect and on the quieter end of the beach. The included beach chairs/umbrella was a nice touch and the guys who work the beach service stand were more than helpful. 10/10 place to stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it! We were a short walk to the beach and even to a couple of the restaurants and shops! You can tell that Mexico beach is slowly rebuilding after the hurricane but everything about our stay was beautiful!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

Gail’s condo was amazing. It was warm & welcoming. She has two little led trees that welcomed you at the front door & in the living room. Simple things but they made a difference. They also served as great night lights! The decor was subtle and perfect. The furniture was pretty, clean, comfortable and abundant. The kitchen was very well stocked for any of your needs. All appliances were very clean and worked perfectly. The amenities in the kitchen & bathrooms were a nice plus (soaps, etc). All the towels matched & were excellent quality. The complex is in a great location. Easy to find. Walkable to enough food options but also in easy driving range of many additional options. And the beach…soft, clean, white sand. Miles to walk. We didn’t take advantage of the pool area but from our balcony it looked amazing and in February was always busy. I could go on & on. It was a 10/10 stay for our family (my husband, me, 2 adult kids & 2 who live there & hung w/ us). We’d stay at Gail’s again!

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

Tamara was an awesome Host who provided excellent detail to her home description and all of the available amenities on site and activities in the area! Her home was spotless and decorated beautifully and had anything a guest could need or want. Thank you Tamara!
