Upstairs duplex of a family house, completely renovated in 2024, with private parking and enclosed garden. Rated 3 stars. You will be the only occupants of this house. Access is by an external staircase with a terrace, facing south. In a typical and quiet hamlet, in the countryside on the road to the Solar Wind and the GR34, between the beaches of La Torche, Tronoën and Tréguennec. A quiet country road, a few houses, and ours: 2,260 square feet of house on just under two acres, sheltered by tall hedges. You hear the birds. And the ocean.
