Very welcoming hosts. Great and peaceful location. For us the sauna was superfluous but everyone will appreciate its use. An unforgettable week, the greenway offers you a perfect bike getaway. The "train marin" activity is recommended. Looking forward to visiting this region again, which is full of beautiful landscapes.

Very clean accommodation in a quiet area in the old town. Everything necessary is provided by Jean Louis and even beyond. It feels like you're living year-round in this accommodation. We'll be back.

Clean, functional and tastefully decorated Airbnb. It matches the photos with quality bedding. Top location right at the entrance to the city center. Easy access to the accommodation and no problem for parking. The accommodation is located in a small street where we found a place right in front otherwise you have a parking lot just downstairs. Genevieve is an available, responsive and accommodating host. Small downside for people sensitive to noise, the accommodation is in an old house, if the neighbors are noisy you can hear them. Apart from that, we would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to book it again if we return to Granville.

This is the second time we've booked this place and we'll be back for sure! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. Impeccable calm, 12 min walk to downtown Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well appointed for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. We had a great stay at Fernando’s place. The location was very central and it was ideal for popping out to bakeries, butchers, and supermarket. There was also a very convenient EV charger right outside the building. Spacious bedrooms, good shower, well equipped kitchen. Quite a steep staircase but otherwise everything was ideal for us. Thanks Fernando for being so responsive, we would definitely recommend to others!

Individually furnished, great location with unobstructed views of the sea, good restaurants within walking distance, apartment nice and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much.

The welcome by Magalie and her husband is up to the quality of the house. Great! The bedding is quality. The presence of basic necessities is a plus. They are accommodating, attentive and responsive. House decorated with charm, everything is there to make you feel at ease. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I recommend it. Flawless accommodation in a good location, 20 minutes from the city center. Nice walk towards Donville from the accommodation. Only problem, not possible to close the left shutter of the room so lit all night by a street lamp. Problem that will be solved, I think. The accommodation is functional even though we only used it for sleeping. Disappointment compared to all the Rbnb we have done, no arrangement possible for the departure time and impossibility to postpone the date due to one of the two couples who had covid. We nevertheless enjoyed the stay. I would recommend this place for two couples

We had a lovely stay, quiet and peaceful place, both sea and countryside. The accommodation is very well-equipped, very easy and secure access. Lots of hiking trails and this at the foot of the accommodation. I highly recommend it!!

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door to access the unoverlooked terrace sheltered from the wind is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... Daniil and Frédéric were really welcoming and the stay was very nice. The apartment is well located in the city and very well decorated and furnished.

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie and Pascal's. The accommodation is easy to access with easy parking in the streets around. We visited everything on foot from the accommodation, certainly a little sporty to St Malo intramuros but it can be done. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. I recommend this address.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

Beautiful apartment, great location, facing a small beach and a few minutes from the city center on foot. Highly responsive and welcoming host. The only small "drawback" would be the absence of Wi-Fi, absolutely not picking up the 5G network.
