Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Jean-d'Arvey

We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

We had a lovely stay and Rene was a great host.

We stayed one night at Céline's accommodation and only regret one thing: not having stayed there longer. A real home, very cozy for two, with all the comforts, a garden and enough to shelter our bikes. We highly recommend.

We had a great time at the Maison Forestière which is ideally located for hiking and outdoor activities. The environment is very quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped. The house is well laid out: the large living room with the open kitchen is friendly, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The terrace is a real plus. Thanks to Eric and Dominique, flexible and available if needed. We recommend it without hesitation!

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important appliances are available. The barbecue is especially cool, which can even be used on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. Hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

This was paradise! We loved absolutely everything about the house, the location, the hosts, the welcome, the hikes. The house has everything we wished more, the kitchen is well equipped, far beyond any other house we ever rented. The decoration is in such a good taste, gives a feeling of peaceful home. The view is incredible. All the details are carefully considered and well communicated. We rested, hiked, ate, read, slept, - all in the quiet home in the mountains. Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend it! And we hope to come back!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

The welcome from the owners deserves a special mention: upon arrival, a personalized touch was waiting for us (small gifts and valuable recommendations). The stay was very pleasant, Marie is very available, kind and accommodating. We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation was great, the garden well appointed and very pleasant, the cottage really well equipped nothing missing. We can park inside in the courtyard with a secure gate. The city center of Challes les eaux is only a 10-minute walk with all the shops. We recommend 100% and will undoubtedly be back.

Quiet is much appreciated The welcome by Séverine adds a friendly touch to our arrival. The area is beautiful and when the sun comes out, it's even better.
