La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Small house of 25 m2 newly created in Urzy. It is located 3 minutes by car from Guérigny where all the shops are located and 15 minutes from Nevers. This small single-story house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 beds of 90 cm) and is located in a common courtyard. Large secure parking with intercom is just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.

You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
