The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Also enjoy a very natural outdoor area, with a large table to be able to have lunch in peace.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
