This T2 is located on the ground floor of the villa in which we live, with completely independent and discreet access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because they are in the basement. But adjustable and powerful lighting provides excellent comfort.

Between sea, vineyards and scrubland, 10 minutes from Montpellier, rent old small stone barn completely restored in the medieval village of Murviel-lès-Montpellier. Accommodation for 2 people. - dining room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave/oven, dishes, Senseo coffee machine, ...) - bedroom with 140*190 bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair - bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet, storage. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The pool is a shared space with our family.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

We welcome you in a pretty 30 m2 wooden house, in a small quiet village near Montpellier, the beaches and its hinterland rich in beautiful cultural discoveries. A nice view of the Gardiole and its sunrises from its bed. A garden is dedicated to you with garden furniture under a beautiful almond tree and a picnic table for a soothing atmosphere. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Welcome to the village of Lavérune west of Montpellier. Linen provided (sheets, towels). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side with a barbecue and umbrella to enjoy the sun. A bay window overlooks the garden. Animals allowed. Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum

Charming cellar / 18th century

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
