A large 8 x 4 m swimming pool in a beautiful garden with solarium, outdoor dining table. The swimming pool is reserved for tenants. The apartment is on the ground floor of our villa.

Listed as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You are staying in an old 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house, located on a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
