The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the comforts you need and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike trails, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will return to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good tips even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

I had a great time in this apartment that was perfectly as described. Everything was clean, tidy and very well equipped: you immediately feel comfortable. Whether you're cooking, relaxing or enjoying the setting, nothing is missing. The beach is really close, just a 5-minute walk, which allows you to fully enjoy the sea without having to take the car. A very pleasant house 30 seconds' walk from the beach, with the pool as a bonus to enjoy. A real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning, hear the sound of the waves and feel the spray. We had a lovely stay, communication with Stéphane was smooth. He was a very responsive and caring host.

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to downtown La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

What a great stay. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. Everything at walking distance. Enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. A lovely swimming pool and the playground and beach across the street. Restaurants nearby. In short, a lovely place. Frédéric is a very friendly host and responds quickly to questions.

An amazing apartment, pool area and extremely well stocked kitchen. It was an outstanding place to stay and base to travel around the island. The outside area is peaceful and a sun trap. Excellent shelter for the outside eating area and well set up for relaxing, we wished we stayed longer than three nights.

Our stay went very well, we were able to enjoy the beach close to the accommodation (by car with young children), stroll but also enjoy the terrace and the swing. The place was great for 7 or more people, with spaces large enough not to step on us. Françoise was a welcoming, attentive and available host. I recommend it!

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

Accommodation matches the descriptions, ideal for 3 couples with children, beautiful outdoor spaces, beach access on foot, excellent weekend for us (6 adults and 5 children) Good communication with Catherine .

Lucie’s house is so lovely. It was a real treat to stay there. We were welcomed by Corinne who talked us through anything we needed to know and accommodated an early checkin. The proximity to beach, woodland walks and restaurants made it a perfect place for a relaxing weekend. So much to see and do here , even when it rained. Fantastic apartment directly on the ocean! We enjoyed our stay in this apartment a lot! We were just a couple, but also for 4 people this is a great place to stay. The apartment is specious, extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. We are often very happy with the places we booked on AirBnb but this place is exceptional! The island is also worth a visit. We were here 4 nights and that felt like a very relaxing vacation. We will come back!

Very nice little house, well-equipped with a very nice garden, all located in a village where you can find a bakery, supermarket and restaurants a few minutes' walk away. We were very warmly welcomed by Pierre's mom and were appreciative of her small touches. The latter and Pierre also remained very available for advice or recommendations. Thank you both for this stay that did us a lot of good!
