On the ground floor: a large 50-m² kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an 80-m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a mezzanine with a home theater. Many board games and books. Terrace, barbecue, sauna, large garden. Pets welcome. Natural lake 5 minutes away.

Gîte la Parenthèse

If you are looking for a place away from it all, in the heart of nature, the Gîte la Parenthèse is for you. This stone-walled building perched at 1300 m altitude will seduce you with its calm and its view of the Monts d'Ardèche plateau. This 50 m2 accommodation adjoining our main house and another cottage is totally private and independent. Finally, its wood-burning stove will warm you in winter, while its altitude and large stone walls will cool you during heat waves.

The slopes of Retourtour Castle

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Also the Chambre des Mystères, the Mastrou, the Kaopa café...

The LA CROISÉE EN AUVERGNE cottage is a 90 m2 duplex cottage ideally located between Haute-Loire and Ardèche near the Mézenc Range. 2 cozy bedrooms and a warm living room await you upstairs. An open kitchen and dining area open onto a private terrace on the ground floor. The accommodation is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, video projector, board games... My grandfather's former house, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

A large kitchen and large living room will allow you to spend time together. The house is located in the middle of nature, fields and chestnut forests. Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.
