Niché à 1250m, dans une ferme du XVIIIème entièrement rénovée avec de belles prestations (sauna et bain nordique privatifs). Le gîte "Les Dourioux" est un havre de paix, spacieux et convivial. A 10mn de la Draye (ski de fond, raquettes, chiens traineau), 35mn des stations: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Randonnées été et hiver dès la maison. Un lieu à la fois en pleine nature mais proche des commodités de la ville d'Embrun et du lac de Serre-ponçon (10mn), pour y découvrir les activités nautiques.

Bonjour, Nous louons notre maison de vacances T5, totalement rénovée avec son cadre naturel exceptionnel avec sa vue lac et montagnes au bord de l’eau, son accès privatif au lac et sa parcelle arborée de 3700 m2. Nous avons fais notre possible pour ne pas dénaturer cette belle parcelle arborée pour que les voyageurs puisent profiter de la tranquillité des lieux et du lac tout en restant proche du centre de Savines le Lac et ses différentes activités touristiques.
