Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

I have maybe one of the best apartments we have been through, from the entrance you can breathe a pleasant aroma, the cleanliness is 10, the bed is comfortable, just please take with you bath towels that do not include, we recommend it with our eyes closed, we will return with pleasure.

great little place to stay, my family and I were driving through and arrived very late but it was a great spot to rest our heads for some much needed sleep. nice added perk was the coffee that was available for the morning. The kids beds were very comfortable, however the queen room bed was not very comfortable, you can feel the springs. but for one night it was ok.

Great stay at Eric's, even too short! We really enjoyed the space which is spacious and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is very nice for a meal with friends. The kids even enjoyed a small pool, nice for cooling off. Eric is very considerate and responsive, I recommend it.

What a joy to live these few days in Sauvigny-les-Bois. Welcomed with kindness and a smile, I enjoyed the tranquility of Julie's cottage, as well as the wooded environment, which makes this accommodation ideal for settling down with your suitcases. Despite the heatwave, this week of June 2025, the cottage remained cool all day, which in the evening was really nice. I will definitely be happy to come back to spend a few soothing days in Julie's cottage.
