Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. The studio is located close to many shops and services, less than 100 meters from the main monuments (cathedral, ducal palace, etc.) and the Loire. Allow 10 minutes for a walk from the train station. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a small stone spiral staircase that is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A parking space is available at the foot of the building, in a private courtyard. Secure bike parking.

Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
