INSIDE: A hallway equipped with plenty of storage (drawers, a rail with hangers, shoe storage, coat hooks, mirror). A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, and armchair. A separate toilet near the bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. A welcoming 40 m² living space with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, featuring: a kitchen with a large central island/dining area, microwave/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, teapot, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker… plus basic pantry items available; a “bistro-style” dining area with a wide bench; a living area with two sofas, a 49" TV, a DVD player, a small video library, and a Wii game console; a sleeping nook with two built-in alcove bunk beds (140 cm each).

The house has been completely renovated, it is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Floret and enjoys a beautiful location. On site, a restaurant. 3 minutes to local shops. 15 minutes from the city of Issoire. 20 minutes from Super-Besse, Murol, Saint-Nectaire, Lakes... 50 minutes from Vulcania, Puy-de-Dôme, Lemptégy Volcano. The furnished accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped, you will have a pleasant stay. When you leave the accommodation, I take care of the cleaning, I only ask that the kitchen be in order.

(Chambon Lake and Murol Castle 5min drive, Super-Besse ski resort 15min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.
