The apartment is - as described - very nice and well equipped. Especially the air conditioning is convincing. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and into town. Jean-François responds quickly and was very accommodating at check-in. Highly recommended.

We found the stay in the apartment very pleasant. The large terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and grill is located directly on a very busy street where there is always something to watch. The view from here over the coast is unbeatable. We put the table in the corner to have breakfast in the shade in the morning. The winter garden offers the same great view when it is cold, rainy or windy. Kitchen and bathroom are very small but functional and modern. The beach just below the apartment is great. If you go to the left, pizza, burger and beach bars follow closely. To the right, after a 25-minute walk, you will arrive directly in the old town of La Ciotat. Secure but very narrow parking space can be pre-booked. Eliza and Xavier have a welcome portal with recommendations for the area and responded very quickly to questions. We recommend this apartment

The hosts were incredibly helpful - assisted with a last minute booking and early morning check-in. Even met me to hand over keys and show me the ocean a quick walk away. Lovely outdoor balcony to relax on. Two local grocery stores within 10 minute walk and a well stocked kitchen. Would gladly stay here again!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Cassandre's property. We always search for a property with a view and this didn't disappoint. The view and balcony were gorgeous. We sat there everyday to watch the sunset. The apartment is lovely, perfectly presented with everything you could need. There is a parking space which is right on a bend in the road but it's good to have as I can imagine in the summer parking is at a premium. There is a lovely beach very close and I could walk there, have a swim and return to the balcony to enjoy the sun. Although it can accommodate 4 people we were just a couple and found it the right size for us. There are several lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a shop about 15 mins walk away so everything you could need is there. We love a walk and right at the end of the port is a beautiful trail along the coastline. It is stunning. We would highly recommend this place and would visit again.

Great location, close to hiking sites of the different Calanques. Romain is a charming, pleasant, courteous and respectful host. A caring dad as well. We had a very nice week and took full advantage of the places that the place gave us! We really liked Romain, Alexandra and Marie-Lou! Of course, the nature that La Ciotat gave us was fabulous! The south of France🇫🇷, what more can I say!

We are used to vacation rentals with 3 children (13, 10 and 7). This is our 4th year. 1st in this apartment: Apartment received very clean. Thanks Cathy 😉 it is nice and comfortable with an exceptional location and view! ⛵️ a great 'vacation' atmosphere and environment. (monoi multicolored parasol and sea spray.). Ideal for families with young children for the accessibility of the beach (you can't get any closer) and for the services (Italian shower, rooms on the street side and not shops/restaurants). The garage is a plus. Certainly a little tight but once the suitcases and shopping are done, you don't touch it anymore (large scenic 7-seater fits in reverse) Excellent communication and responsiveness from the host! Les Lecques remains our favorite vacation destination. The sailing school, the restaurants (Pizzeria Etoiles and La P'tite Vadrouille with extra fresh products)... in short, pure happiness. We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this accommodation in Bandol. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The host was simply amazing: extremely welcoming, caring, available at all times and always ready to help us or answer our questions with great kindness. We feel that he is doing everything he can to make his guests feel good, and he really succeeds! The accommodation itself is impeccably clean, very well-equipped, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view from the terrace: a breathtaking panorama, which you never get tired of, whether at sunrise or sunset. A true haven of peace where you can relax and fully enjoy the exceptional setting. We were won over from start to finish by this experience. This stay far exceeded our expectations. We spent 3 nights at this place and we really enjoyed it. The accommodation is very cozy with a link between the modern and the old. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a large spacious bedroom with integrated shower, a modern and equipped kitchen and finally separate toilets. The apartment is usable upon arrival because there is an entry kit with soap, shampoo, coffee pods, etc. The hosting was very warm, and the attentions are multiple, for example Janick organized to welcome us from 12 p.m. on the day of our arrival. The accommodation is located in a charming little village, where it is simple (in May) and free to park within a 5-minute walk. In addition, it is located close to tourist places such as Castellet, Bandol, La Ciotat, Toulon, Cassis, etc.

Hi, The accommodation is well located, in a quiet area and close to shops, gym and port within walking distance and cars. the terrace is super nice. The equipment available on-site is good. Bernard is super friendly and takes his time. Thank you for the small gifts and the special touches. Accommodation for couples, friends or those with children. The parking space is great and it's an advantage to be able to park your car.

we loved our stay. the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. the accommodation is perfectly located, about 20 mins walk to a beach and a few minutes walk to a grocery store. the only small drawback was the lack of a bed in the accommodation, but the description will be changed! I recommend it 100%!

Steven is a friendly, courteous and above all a totally dedicated host. We arrived a little late at first, but that was no problem at all for Brice, who was responsible for our stay. The communication was absolutely flawless. Finally, we arrived and were welcomed by Brice in a super friendly way. The apartment itself is quite high up, so you can really enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay and the port of Bandol. Basically, the apartment corresponded exactly to the description and far exceeded it to our taste. The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and modernly equipped. The balcony invites you to start the day with the unbeatable view and to plan one of the many beautiful activities to end the day there in the evening by the sparkling lake. In short, an all-round successful vacation with a super friendly, accommodating host.

Excellent location, restaurants are very close with nice beach,very Peaceful, comfortable enough and clean.I would recommend the place and definitely coming back The only minus was the doors that were noizy and couldn’t close properly which can be irritating if someone wakes up night time and disturbing the others.overall an excellent plsce to enjoy some days of relaxations

Great stay. The accommodation is functional and well-equipped. The terrace is nice, The environment is very quiet, no noise in the evening, we slept very well. The big advantage is the location, we can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Finally, Vanessa is a friendly and responsive person!

We had a great time at Florence's place. Very welcoming hosts and accommodation as advertised. Very quiet and peaceful location of the accommodation. Beach, shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the small touches for both us and our dog. We'll be back.

This is the third year we rent this apartment for Easter holidays with the family, and we are still delighted! The apartment is in a great location, just 5 minutes walk from Lecques beach, perfect with toddlers. The services are of quality, the location is quiet and convenient. The terrace, cleaned following our request, allowed us to fully enjoy meals outdoors from breakfast to dinner. We highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back to Véronique's. Everything was perfect! Note for people with auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

A short one-night stay with the optimal comfort and quality of a 5-star hotel, video projector jacuzzi, dehumidifier and fans! In short, all the necessary equipment in a cozy and warm atmosphere.
