We were very well hosted by Christiane and her husband, who were very responsive to our requests. The accommodation is as advertised, very clean and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the very pleasant garden as well as the large swimming pool. I would highly recommend it!

perfect, there would be 6 stars, we would put the apartment at the top, my owner is very nice and the ideal location. The only thing to think about for new guests is that the town of Banyuls sur Mer has very little free parking space. You have to park a good 10 minutes away from the train station to be free.

This is an apartment with a perfect location, very close to the sea. Mostly fully equipped. Annika & Tony are amiable, giving fast replies, facilities, and suggestions.

A very beautiful place facing the channel between the port exit and the sea with very beautiful sleeping suns. Close to the port but far from its night frenzy, you can find nature! A little noise in the morning due to the proximity to the bridge but totally bearable. Very functional small house, very good for 4 people with possibility of sleeping for 6. In addition, very good hospitality and conviviality. Have a great week in early August 2020, thank you to our hosts!

We recommend this listing after a very nice stay. The location is at the top, all shops are nearby and possibility of free parking a few dozen meters away. We greatly appreciated that the accommodation allows quiet moments on the terrace. Also positive: dogs are allowed during the stay. Very charming vacation home, especially the view is great and the amenities also had everything you need. And of course the best: the pool shared use. The pool was really great, like a private swimming pool. And the area has so many different things to offer - sea, mountains, markets, nice little places, art, culture and festivals, a free concert on the beach, a donkey hike right on the village, ... so, you can also spend more than 2 weeks there. And who runs out of activities: Our hosts also had plenty of tips and great ideas. :-)

Martine is a very welcoming and friendly host. His smile, good mood and advice can only make you have a pleasant stay! Accommodation is as described, a very nice little nest to rest in. Very well located, you can get everywhere on foot. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant atmosphere in the middle of vegetation. Atypical accommodation with plenty of curves. We had a great week at the Village des Sables.

Nice place in small town. The house is perfect for large group. We were 6 adults and two small children. Everything you need. It's nicely decorated. It's parquing and is also easily parked right in front of it. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. The village has nothing, but it is 10 minutes from supermarkets, 15 minutes from Perpignan and an hour from Narbonna or the Christmas market in Barcarles.

Very quiet places bcp of activity to do around. Thank you to Sylvain for his hospitality and availability. Clean accommodations and arranged properties tastefully decorated. Damages that the infrastructure of the residence is not more maintained and accessible. We'll be back though 😉

Very nice apartment with a lovely pool and a lovely covered terrace with sea views. Ideally located: beach, close to the center, restaurants, entertainment. An apartment where nothing is lacking... the kitchen is very well equipped and very clean, the decor is very nice. The little extra: bicycles available.

Charming house with a nice shaded and enclosed garden (appreciable if you come with a dog). Shops, market and beach, everything is within 10 min walk. Closed garage, very useful when parking spaces are already occupied.
