We had a great time at this nice and very well-equipped place. Quiet and close to a beautiful park ideal for walking the dog. Arlette who welcomed us is very friendly.

We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything can be reached in a short time.

Stay 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the delicious bed. Made a lot of use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The surroundings are worth exploring. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

Great stay, I highly recommend. Accommodation as shown in photos (I would even say that the photos do not do justice to the pool which is much larger than it appears in the photo), clean and functional. Jeff is very responsive and did not hesitate to come and help us. If we go back to the area, we'll be happy to go back.

Marina’s place is an absolute gem - super well connected with the tram to Montpellier just a few meters away and yet quiet and peaceful. It feels like an oasis in the middle of what is a pretty busy and growing Montpellier suburb. The apartment itself is spacious, tastefully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. Also loved the fact that we could park the car in the garage. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Castelnau for easy access to Montpellier and surrounding area.

We stayed there for the weekend of Ascension and everything went very well. The accommodation is functional, clean, very well-equipped (including air conditioning) and perfect for 2 people. Very good location, close to transportation and quiet. Isabelle is a very welcoming and warm host who made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived (by accepting the presence of our pet). We will keep an excellent memory of this stay in all respects: the welcome, the generosity (fresh eggs from his own hens as well as other attentions awaited us in our accommodation). The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and very clean. Very easy to park, whether in front of the residence or in the gated parking lot. The environment is nice for walking and very quiet. The small terrace is a real plus. I recommend it!

We had a great time at this cottage. It is in a good location, particularly quiet, and well-equipped. Nothing to say about cleanliness. The only downside for us was the bathroom, with a sink (rather than a real sink), a little stuck next to the toilet. However, given the layout of the place, it might have been difficult to do better. Clément is a really lovely, welcoming, available, caring person and always ready to help or meet our needs if necessary (I have rarely met this with other providers). The relationship with them is simple and direct. It almost feels like being hosted by a friend. We would have been happy to go hiking with him (I'm sure he would have accepted if that had been the case!). There is more good advice. We recommend this cottage!

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Nice location, the accommodation was very quiet. The air conditioning is working very well! The only downside is that the fridge makes a little noise and can sometimes disturb sleep.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! New building, both quiet thanks to double glazing and yet 5 min from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I would recommend it!

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
