It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. It consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 main bedroom, + 1 extra bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Chez Federico et Pierre: the trapper's refuge

Small 6 m2 house with covered terrace and large hanging hammock, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. First human presence (us!) at 200 m: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300 m walking access includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.
