Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Chinian

Great location. We had bicycles and wanted direct access to the Canal du Midi. Myriam’s place is right next to a small bridge which allows you to cross over from the apartment on the north side to the cycle route on the south side.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable, available, warm and good host for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep fond memories of our stay in Coursan.

The accommodation is perfect for a family stay, nothing is missing, everything seems new and a simple but modern decoration. The kitchen is very functional and very equipped, the living room spaces are perfect, the bathroom is huge. The real plus is the terrace that allows you not to use the interior and a very efficient and appreciable general air conditioning. We were able to park our three cars without any problems. In terms of environment, the accommodation is in a very quiet hamlet, you have to take the car for walks or restaurants but it is very quickly accessible.

The accommodation is spacious and very well located in relation to the Gorges d'Heric, where we wanted to spend our stay. the whole place is a little outdated but for us it was largely sufficient since we only slept and dined there. Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! A very pleasant stay where we were really well hosted by Benoit! He was available/flexible whenever we needed it! Everything was available for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend this house which is quiet, clean, spacious, pleasant and has a multitude of accessories. We stayed in this vacation home as a family with a dog. You are very private and with children the pool is just great. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at Gilles' house. Gilles could not welcome us exceptionally on our arrival but everything had been set up so that we had no problems. We also thank him for the small intentions he left us... the garden is better than in the pictures! It's very peaceful, barbecue, swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi at temperature as soon as we arrived, which we were able to enjoy every evening. We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect for us...right on the canal with a peaceful private backyard garden and terrace. The kitchen was a gem...everything we needed, whether to just enjoy local wines and cheeses or to cook a full meal. Homps is a convenient hub for visiting other towns and villages nearby. We were there for 11 nights and were sad to leave. Thank you Kay and Knud!

We had a wonderful stay at this place, totally as described and shown in the photos. Very well-equipped, comfortable, the terrace is always sunny, the veranda luxurious and a beautiful view of the Canal du Midi. The host is welcoming (welcome gifts), available and friendly. We had a blissful week in this amazing house. Mette described it perfectly. We loved everything about it, particularly sitting on the terrace watching the hundreds of rock martins (?) dancing around in the sky. The view is spectacular! Brilliant location- so much to explore. We are coming back next year!
