Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, convenient and cozy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is arranged in front of the property so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a dry toilet. Enchanting surrounding setting 🍃

Our peaceful paradise will seduce you with its relaxing location and facilities, such as a heated swimming pool.

Guéret, Aubusson 25' Felletin, Milles Vaches Plateau 35' Lake Vassivière 45' La Creuse is a 15-minute walk away. Towels and bed-sheets not provided. With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

The studio is adjacent to our home. The independent entrance opens onto a separate plot of land from ours.
