Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Ideal for couples or for 2, you need to disconnect in peace in the Berry countryside, the cozy sheepfold will satisfy you with its Nordic bath and wood-fired sauna (unlimited and private, wood provided). You will have all the cozy and romantic comfort with its queen size bed and double shower. The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret–Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Separate entrance, studio on the second floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub), and main room featuring a fully equipped kitchenette and a high-quality sofa bed. A breakfast basket can be booked.
