Located on the banks of the Doux, nestled on 5 hectares of land, this old 17th century house, restored by an architect, will offer you more than a place to rest. Here time stops, we live to the rhythm of nature and the river. The apartment located on the ground floor is independent. It overlooks a terrace in the shade of a century-old lime tree, a few steps from a private swimming area. The house is located a few minutes walk from downtown Lamastre and its amenities.

Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Also the Chambre des Mystères, the Mastrou, the Kaopa café...

Located in Saint-Barthélemy-Grozon, 15 minutes from Lamastre with its tourist attractions (market on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings, restaurants, bars, shops...). You will be able to access the hiking trail directly from the house. Bed and bath linens are provided.
