Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof, with wifi. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

Walk along the banks of the Dordogne by taking the small path located 2 minutes from the accommodation. The accommodation with private access is equipped with a bedroom with an office area, a bathroom and a kitchen which opens onto a covered terrace where you can take your meals with a view of the garden.

In the Dordogne countryside, a newly converted dovecote, “Les Treilles de Razac”, invites you to unwind in a region rich in heritage, gastronomy and outdoor activities. Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the fine wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.
