Monthly Rentals in Saint Aubin

The Nest is a perfect, seaside retreat situated within easy reach of excellent restaurants (the best Pizza place on the Island is beneath the apartment and you can get a discount!), all transport options (buses and cabs and plenty of beautiful walks), and there is a small Morrisons on the corner of the street if you want to cook yourself. Couldn't be better. Dave is a friendly host with a keen interest in making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. He was very responsive to any small enquiry and basically couldn't do enough even though I was there over the Christmas period. When I arrived some lights were on and so was the heating, which was much appreciated as my journey from the midlands had been tortuous! The Nest is also a very interesting place, part of its owners ambition to start a restaurant and accommodation project on the Island where he grew up - the renovation of both the apartment and the pizzeria beneath is impressive.

As you enter this beautiful secluded neighborhood you are faced with a magnificent structure to your right and to your surprise this is where you are staying, but I say to you dear reader the true delights await inside pristine bedroom and magnificent bathroom with tasteful decor throughout the property. To top it all off the host is there waiting for you with the keys anda smile.

David's place lived up to all our expectations. Communication between David, Emma and ourselves was great throughout the whole experience and their photos and directions made finding the place straightforward. The accommodation was as described, very clean and well equipped. The house was quiet and private but within easy walking distance of St Brelade's Bay and St Aubin where there were shops, a supermarket and a wide variety of eateries. Overall David's place provided what we were hoping for and I'd recommend it to anyone. The only slight criticism is that it would have been nice to have had some outside furniture for the better weather but this in no way impacted on our enjoyment of our holiday.

This was a very comfortable studio loft apartment . The bed was comfortable . The kitchen was enough for breakfast . The bathroom was lovely . In a quiet area 5 mins walk into St Aubins ,where they had a selection of lovely eateries . The bus stop was just outside . Perfect really . The steps up to the apartment might be an issue for some but didn’t bother me .
