The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
