We stayed here to help determine exactly where in France we would want to move. Cédric and his family were amazingly welcoming and helpful! They are courteous and kind. Even though they are on site, we rarely saw or heard them, allowing us privacy, but still available when we needed help. We are still learning French and they were very patient with our language barrier and we were always able to communicate. The house is on top of a hill, overlooking a beautiful setting. It is so calm and peaceful. Nearby towns offer any amenity needed and we were an easy drive to larger cities like Toulouse and Albi. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for tranquility.

A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect accommodation for a total rest, very nice. It is in the middle of several iconic places to visit, which allows you to do a lot of things in a weekend! The breakfasts we ordered are excellent, thank you again! We'll be happy to go back!

Me and my boyfriend and our two dogs had a great stay at the cottage, its really private and peaceful, nice to go for walks with the dogs, there are some farm animals to look at, fenced garden so the dogs can go out whenever, the pool and bbq was perfect when it was sunny and the jacuzzi was the best, it works perfect even when its rainy and windy because its inside. We had everything we needed, even a raclette machine which is always a big plus. Everything was clean, friendly host who was always quick to answer, really recommend this place 🤩☀️

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful building, superbly renovated. The environment is very peaceful, the cottage is very well equipped inside and out, with beautiful decoration. Communication was excellent with the host who is responsive and pleasant. Really a great discovery!

very nice independent cottage in a quiet and quiet place amid greenery and alongside our hosts Pascale and Michel who gave us a very good welcome and who was able to provide us with very good advice and attention to make our stay pleasant and to enjoy what to visit nearby, it is an ideal place to rest and visit the Albi region.

Wow Natasha went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We had total privacy, such a lovely couple who hosted. I think Ive had the most peaceful holiday of my life. The pictures are spot on, and obviously you can’t capture how unbelievably peaceful it really is here. We were even given chocolates when we left…. They were yummy . We will definitely return ❤️

The accommodation was wonderful and we felt at home straight away. Frederic is the perfect host. Very friendly and helpful. The farmhouse sits amid beautiful scenery in a fabulous location and is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area. Aveyron region is very pretty and unspoiled. Lots of very picturesque historic villages and beautiful countryside. We would definitely recommend and hopefully will pay a return visit in the future.

we had a great family weekend at Raphaël's. the cottage is very nice for large groups as well as the outdoors, very nice. The environment is peaceful and close to the area's attractions. special mention for the kitchen where it was very nice to cook for a group with all the essentials available. small downside for the accessibility of the bathrooms where you sometimes have to cross another bedroom to access it which is not very practical. charming pool and garden. we would happily stay again

We had a pleasant stay in Caroline and Bruno's charming house, in the heart of Cahors. What a pleasure to have coffee in the courtyard under the eyes of the neighborhood cats!

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

What can I say… it was surely one of the best extended weekends we've had. Michel and Sylvie are super welcoming and so friendly hosts. The accommodations are off-center from their residence and not overlooked, so it is quiet as if no one is around. The place is even better than the pictures. We enjoyed this stay and will definitely be back. A big thank you and a big congratulations to you both.

We had a great time at this charming cottage, located in a beautiful wooded park with bamboo grove, pond and a beautiful swimming pool. The hosting was perfect: warm, attentive, with really caring hosts – a real plus! The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and ideal for a family with children: lots of games, large outdoor spaces, peaceful atmosphere, treasure hunt... Its location, a few kilometers from Bruniquel, is convenient for discovering the region. However, a small point of attention for people with reduced mobility: the staircase is narrow, the beams are low in the bedrooms, and there is no water point upstairs. But other than that, the rooms are very comfortable and well air-conditioned. A beautiful place that we gladly recommend to those looking for accommodation full of charm and stories, nature and friendliness.

Excellent 4-day weekend with 6 friends + 1 dog at Roger and Suzanne's! They were very welcoming and warm. We particularly appreciated the wooded setting, with the presence of colorful peacocks. The house matches the listing, so we were able to rest peacefully during this charming stay, to be recommended!

Perfect in every possible way, I would recommend it to everybody. Absolutely stunning setting, inside everything is fantastic, very tastefully decorated. Clean, very complete, well stocked so you do not have to go to the shops immediatly. Good beds, shower in every room. Very big living room with amazing views and lots of seating areas. And so much more. So much to visit and do in the surrounding countryside. We would love to visit again. And a lovely welcome by the owners, even if you arive much later due to traffic 🙏🏻, thousand thanks!

A beautiful and charming house, with its beautiful inner courtyard. It is perfectly located in the heart of the village, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a pleasant calm. Comfort is at the rendezvous, even beyond our expectations: everything is designed to make us feel good. The hosts' welcome was warm, with smooth communication throughout the stay. A place to recommend without hesitation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aurelie's place, it's a beautiful house and the garden is a lovely place to spend time. It's a countryside home so we did encounter a couple of big spiders, but overall had a wonderful stay here. Aurelie was great to communicate with and didn't mind us making a last minute booking. Julien and Boris are real hosts: available, smiling, very communicative. we felt very comfortable very quickly in this little piece of heaven. The walk in their park is just perfect. The renovation of the cottage is done with great taste and very well insulated acoustically but also against the 35 degrees that accompanied us during our stay. But that's not all, Boris is a fine cook and we were able to enjoy his talents. Thanks again to the 2 of them for introducing us to this peaceful retreat.

What a wonderful house. Thank you to you both for a great stay. The immediate area and views from the house are beautiful and there is so much more to do in the area than we had time for. There are also options for really hot weather (ie pool days and garden dinners 😊) and cooler days - markets, walks, an amazing day in Burlats for their Medieval festival, galleries, Lautrec and the fabulous Cafe Plum… We didn’t scratch the surface. Lots of room in the house and all very relaxed. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Prelat Selgues during the Easter holidays. The house was clean, cozy and nicely equipped with everything we needed. The location is absolutely stunning with views of the valley and Verfeil, which some mornings were shrouded in clouds, and a night sky filled with stars. We enjoyed eating in the garden and just being in the peaceful surroundings with animals, dog and cat. The pool, which is located with a breathtaking view, was ready to use and made the experience even better. David was really a great guy – friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in us getting the best out of our stay. His tips for excursions and dining hit the spot and made our vacation even better. A wonderful place we would love to come back to. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Beatrice and Benedict were amazing hosts, very sweet and helpful throughout the whole trip. We loved chatting with them and playing with their dogs. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, such a peaceful and relaxing place to be, the sunsets were incredible. It is very well situated with quaint 20-60 minute drives to different towns/cities like Cordes-sue-ciel, Albi, Gaillac, and Toulouse. If you have a rental car, take the time to drive around and see the sights!
