This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We were so pleased with our stay! Cottage with a beautiful view, warm atmosphere, lots of cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy place. Lyne is very available to answer questions, she responds very quickly and seems to have the well-being of her guests at heart! I would highly recommend :)

Manon's ancestral residence is really good, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated. Manon is an attentive and pleasant host. The location of the house makes it easy to travel around the region. We enjoyed our stay at Manon's.

We loved our stay at Hubert’s home! It was cozy and the view was so nice and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/eating. The beds were cozy and enough seating space to have some new friends over. Everything we needed was at most a 7 minute drive away - good restaurant options, cafes and grocery stores. We look forward to coming back again! (Bonus: the neighbors were so nice!)

Great apartment with top class appliances and great security. Very quiet for the location and added bonus of a secure parking space. We enjoyed the walk into the city area and Metro supermarkets were within 10 minutes walking distance, either a flat walk to the city area or a more strenuous walk uphill at the end of St Jean street. For those who like a drink, the General is virtually opposite and make you feel really welcome. Tommy was quick to check that everything was okay!

Our stay was great. The apartment is very well located: it is about 30 minutes from the Parc des Grands Jardins and you can walk to the charming town of Saint Paul's Bay. Our host advised us well and even gave us historical explanations about the Charlevoix region. I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment.

What a beautiful place and what a welcome from Renée! Accommodation located right on the riverfront with outdoor amenities to enjoy (campfire, swing). And of course a magnificent view of the Charlevoix mountains. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Everything was there! The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We loved it! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. The place was stunning! Looked exactly like the photos, very clean and spacious! We didn’t have any issues apart from the door lock (not all buttons would light up so it was a challenge to put the code in) and the room downstairs didn’t get much of the AC. Otherwise the location is perfect to explore Quebec City & local hiking trails. Highly recommend!

For the place for a three nights stay, and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and cozy ambient, with modern furniture and everything we need for our stay. The two bedroom are spacious, and the kitchen is will equipped. The living room with dining table is a highlight, with a corner officer and a reading corner, full of books and Japanese sports car books and magazines - of you're into JDM cars or their North American counterparts, it's a joy to check it out. Well worth the money spent.
