Very good stay among the vines. Nice and clean place to stay. Comfortable bedding. Well-equipped. Friendly and available host.

The house was wonderfully spacious, the view beautiful. We could walk into the vineyards and orchard from the garden with our dog for a beautiful walk. When it rained, we could sit in the spacious sitting room. The swimming pool was also well worthwhile. We even got a bike to borrow from Alex, Lucien's son.

As always with Joelle, the stay is wonderful. Thank you to her for her kindness, availability and the places that offer quality accommodation. Looking forward to coming back to Monségur and staying there again!

Beautiful house! The photos were already superb, but the reality far exceeds them. We were greeted by the warm Christophe. The house is thought out in every detail to accommodate a family with young children. Our little ones felt at home and loved every moment. Everything is perfectly equipped, comfortable, and has a real family home soul. A real gem — bravo and thank you!

We spent two amazing weeks at the Olive Tree with our spaniel. The gite was very welcoming with its enclosed decking for those star gazing evenings and private secluded garden ( completely secure for dogs) for chilling by the pool. Veronique has thought of everything you need for your stay and with lots of great recommendations for food and activities. The only restaurant in town Le P’tit Flaujaguais is a short walk from the gite and is a definite must to visit (but do book first). There is plenty to do with bike hire, canoeing and the many walking trails around the area. We found it very hard to leave this beautiful place.

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and beautiful terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was ok for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, wifi is a little tight for teleworking. I recommend it.

Very nice place to stay in a wonderful quiet large park. The roses smell nice and the terrace offers plenty of space to relax. You can hear the birds in the evening as well as the frogs at the pond... it was a great three days, a perfect end to the city.

Elaine is a charming, flexible and accommodating host! The setting is superb, a beautiful quiet house with beautiful rooms and renovated shower rooms. We'd love to come back to this place if we get the chance!

A really lovely place surrounded by vineyards and with easy access to local towns. Bordeaux is a 90 min drive through some charming villages. I brought my dog and she loved the fenced garden. She loved Jonathan too! In fact, both Jonathan and Lesley are the most welcoming, considerate, generous and helpful of hosts. I stayed for a few weeks and would return in a heartbeat.

We had a great time in this house, perfectly suited for a family with children… and even a dog! Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. The house is very well-equipped, nothing was missing, and the bedding is really comfortable. The layout of the rooms is very convenient, and with the good weather, we were able to fully enjoy the pool and hot tub — a real plus! The location is ideal for visiting the area. A big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and the quality of the service!

We LOVED our stay at Nathalie's lovely home, nestled among the vineyards. Exactly as advertised, if not better, it was a beautiful home, nicely decorated and both spacious and cozy. The beds were comfortable - important when staying as long as we did - and we had all the modern amenities we needed in this very old "castle". We had no trouble getting Ubers/taxis into Bordeaux proper when we needed to and it was nice to enjoy the peace and quiet of the location. Even better than the house itself, Nathalie was a very gracious, extremely helpful host. She helped us arrange a chef to cook for us on our first night there and even selected an array of wines to go along with our meal. She was very responsive leading up to our stay and throughout. If you want a relaxing and luxurious stay near Bordeaux, definitely book this location. I hope to come back!

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

A house on the edge of a small lake, peaceful and very pleasant to stay in, with original, personalized and tasteful decor. Ideal for a discovery stay in Entre-deux-Mers with family or friends: Small picturesque villages, Bastide de Sauveterre-de-Guyenne 15 minutes, Saint-Emilion 30 minutes, Bordeaux 1 hour, etc. Thank you to Michelle and her husband for their warm welcome.

Excellent weekend spent at Elodie's place! We were a small group of friends and were able to enjoy the area and the house! No complaints and Élodie is a very friendly host, attentive and responsive. I'll come back and I highly recommend it:)

An amazing chance to stay in a real chateau. Really spacious apartment in one of the towers. Lots of places to explore and very quiet and peaceful. Alice and her team were very helpful and ensured that we had a wonderful few days.

We loved staying with Stephanie. The gite is modern, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The view of the vineyards is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks through them. In terms of location it’s perfect for exploring the local area, we followed many of Stephanie’s tips and they were always spot on. We’d love to come back again next time we’re in the area.

A little piece of heaven. A beautiful setting and spacious room. So much thought and attention to detail has gone into this property. It has been built with love and the hosts are very eager to please. An excellent place. I particularly liked the cute cats and dogs the owners have and the gardens, as well as the cool party garage next to the pool with table football and other games to enjoy. Highly recommend
