The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The Gîte de la Merlandie is located in the heart of a vast bucolic estate full of charm and greenery, adjoining the house of your hosts, the accommodation is located behind an old traditional wood-fired bakery (still in operation to treat you to various breads baked and shaped on site). Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
