The house is finished to a high standard with two allocated parking places. It is just a short walk from the beach and the marina centre where there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The house sleeps up to 8 people is in a perfect location for all the entertainment and amenities that Sovereign Harbour and the local area has to offer. The garden faces southwest and is a suntrap. The house is modern and very comfortable, with high speed (300mbs) WIFI and fully loaded Sky TV, (Cinema, Sports, Paramount+ and Netflix), perfect for the odd day working from home or cosy rainy days.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
