Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location, and a gorgeous cabin. Perks included the outdoor spa bath, beautiful fireplace and quiet. Stars at night were lovely, the cabin was clean and hosts friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and recommend.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

My family and I were so happy with our stay. Secure front and backyard meant we could leave our dogs safely. Dog beach walking distance from the house was so handy. Quick driving distance to food. Dawn cafe was lovely and The Dunes was excellent. Also super kid friendly my little girls (3 and 1) had so much fun there was toys in the cupboard and the house was well set up for kids. If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

A wonderful place, so light and bright and peaceful. Great big yard for dogs, and nice and close to the coastlines and amenities. Host was lovely and very communicative - a seamless experience

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

I really like the property as it has lot of things to do inside only. Close to nature and having all amenities is the best combo for holiday staycation and this one is the perfect one.

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

A beautiful home that had something that appealed to everyone whether it was a heated pool to swim in at the end of May, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, beautiful inferior design details or the great selection of games and toys for the kids. We can't wait to come back.

We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!
