Very bright, Very Quiet, Sunny (south-facing), 360° view of the peaks, the larch forest. From its large terrace you can admire the panorama. The Station (4 km) is accessible by a free shuttle in winter (500 m walk). This is the starting point for many hikes Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

The Little Cottage – Vars

Located in the heart of nature while being in the center of Les Claux, 100 m from the ski area and ESF. Very comfortable and quiet, it has been designed with space optimization. Very well equipped and cocooning: a bedroom (160 cm bed), an attic (160 cm bed) that children love above the bedroom (access by the "staircase shelves"). A very pleasant living room with a sofa bed for 2 and 2 benches/bed. Wood-burning stove, outdoor terrace. Facing south, very sunny!
