You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Small 20 m2 chalet

Small cottage overlooking the Vercors. Great for hiking 7 kms from Col de l 'Arzelier, near Gresse en vercors 10 kms, 25 km from Lake Monteynard and 13 km from Monestier de Clermont (where shops are located: intermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) Pets not allowed. For any electric vehicle charging, please let me know. Indeed, the rental does not include recharging.

Alpine skiing possible in Gresse en Vercors (20 min by car) 28 m² refurbished, with stunning views of the East balcony of Vercors, Located in the very small resort of "Col de l'Arzelier" (1150 m).
