The studio is located south of Clermont Ferrand, 5 min from the A75, 10 min from the Zenith and 45 min from the slopes of Super Besse. You will have the independent studio furnished above our garage with a main room of 60 m2, a small bathroom and a fitted kitchen. You will have access to the garden of the house. This is an annex to our house, the pool and garden are shared and we live on site. In June, July and August, you'll have access to the pool.

The Serre gîte awaits you for your next vacation in Auvergne. It is located in the wine village of CREST, not far from the Massif du Sancy and the Chaîne des Volcans, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Le Crest is located at the foot of the Serre plateau, 16 km south of Clermont-Ferrand. The cottage is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. Access is completely independent via a private terrace, with garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ.

Welcome to the Oustal

The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. You will be in quiet, in the heart of a typical village with shops at 2 steps, and many walks on foot. Every morning a homemade breakfast could be served either (14 euros ) in the garden when the weather permits or in your home. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms and an entrance. It is about 40 m2.
