80 m2 house in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. Annex to my main house, it sometimes hosts my grown children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 sofa bed in the living room), has a reserved parking space. Large garden to share with the owner.
