House vacation rentals in Saint-Alban-Auriolles

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

The house of Éric and Caroline is alone in the middle of untouched nature in complete tranquility but still so central that you can explore the surroundings all around. The house, or rather the whole property, is beautifully renovated and has retained its old charm. We loved the natural pool. The contact with Éric and by phone also with Caroline was very friendly and personable, thank you very much! We have already had a few houses in the south of France, this was definitely a very special one!

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

We had a great week at Anne's place! The cottage is very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Exactly like the pictures. You have a fantastic view and you have a lot of privacy as a guest. The village of Ribes is beautiful and small, and the surroundings are also beautiful. The contact with Anne was very good. We would definitely like to come back!

Great spot to stay in the Ardeche! The house is clean and well located between Ruoms and labeume - which are both beautiful! There’s also amazing walks and river swimming spots within 5 mins walk. The house is modern and very clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more from an Airbnb host - Cathy was responsive and very pleasant to communicate with

We came to stay at Catherine's for our stay in Ardèche. We enjoyed our host: she is available, attentive, caring and gave us some great tips for our various visits. The accommodation is spacious, clean, we have a delimited space that is dedicated to us and we have a small furnished terrace and privacy at our disposal. We also have access to a beautiful common area with a pool. We are delighted with our stay and will not hesitate to contact Catherine for a future stay!

We had a such a peaceful, restorative stay at Lina and Petra’s Airbnb. Lina communicated with us and she was extremely helpful, even booked us dinner at the restaurant which was very helpful because we have very limited grasp on the French language. The accommodation is so so beautiful. We loved the little balcony with the wisteria growing all over. It was pure magic. The bed was very comfortable and big! The kitchen was perfect to make own food at our stay. Le Pont d'Arc was only 15-18mins drive. We went about 11:30 and the first carpark was full. So we went the next day at 8:30am and had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend get there early. We also went to another swimming spot, Plage de galets which was lovely too. (We like the first area, in the shade) we also did the Château Des Roure (Tower tour) in Labastide-de-Virac which was fun. The town is peaceful and stunning to walk around. I highly recommend staying in this Airbnb for comfort, beauty & accessibility to the region

Very nice accommodation with everything we needed and special touches like coffee, dishwasher pods...). Very clean, impeccable bedding. Located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Christine and Franck have good tips and are very responsive. I recommend this place!!

Hidden oasis, peaceful and relaxing. could have just stayed at the accommodation but a great base to go exploring the region. our host was very helpful and friendly. we had a great time and would love to visit again

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The house is wonderfully embedded in nature. It is very quiet, you only hear the sound of nature, the stream, the animals. From there we had many opportunities to hike with our dog. Banne and the surrounding places are wonderful for those who love hiking or the countryside. It was very clean and beautifully built and furnished. Anne was very nice and discreet. We were able to enjoy this privacy very much. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

We had a great time at this charming house in Ucel, Ardèche. The house is full of character, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation. The setting is peaceful, with a beautiful well-maintained pool, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring the area. The welcome was warm and everything went very smoothly. If you love peace, nature and freedom, this place is fantastic. A beautiful, diverse environment with many hiking trails just next door, but also further away. We explored the region by car and took several walks with the dog. But coming back was always a party, and then received a warm welcome from Wallace, in a nice, well-kept and tasteful cottage with everything. Admired the starry night from the deck chair and the last night a thunderstorm spectacle as a cherry on top. Haryhanta provided the delicious and fresh eggs in time and she was ready if we needed anything. Highly recommended and we would love to come back to discover more in the Cévennes at Harryhanta.
