A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. The apartment is part of the annex built in 1950 at the paternal cottage. This cottage was built in 1850 by my great-grandfather, my grandparents lived there and my dad and his sister were born there. The apartment has been slightly renovated, it is furnished simply and functionally. In front of the chalet, there is a grassy plot, which was long the vegetable garden and the only source of income for my grandmother who became a widow prematurely.
