A Peaceful Place. Away from it all !

A group of old stone houses,once a working 17C farmstead, on a south facing hillside. Surrounded by meadows and woodland. This is the largest house of three lovely properties available to rent,all with their own private gardens and terraces. Shared pool. Light filled rooms Peaceful and Spacious. Mon logement est proche des activités adaptées aux familles. La maison est parfaite pour les couples,les familles (avec enfants).Il y a la ferme aux crocodiles(5km),le château de grignan(20 km),les gorges de l Ardèche(20 km), base de loisir avec sa plage ( 2 km), téléski nautique (5km).Store banne électrique avec sa télécommande. Moustiquaire au fenêtre. balançoire , cabane en plastique, toboggan et une piscine hors sol.Parking privée Le quartier est très calme donc fête interdite.

Le logement est situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville de Die, proche de nombreux sentiers balisés (randonnées et VTT).
