We love this place. Our home has great access to everything San Diego has to offer. A short distance to the beach, Belmont Park, Sea World, and only 15 minutes to La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park or Downtown San Diego. You'll be living in a beautiful San Diego Beach Community while you're here. Our home is spacious with three full bathrooms and a game room downstairs. Please note: this is a second floor townhouse and we have neighbors downstairs, quiet are hours from 10 PM-8AM.

This is a great location and has everything you want in a beach getaway. We have beach cruisers for riding the boardwalk, surfboards for the ocean and paddleboards for the bay. We are located 1/2 block to the bay and 1 short block to the Pacific Ocean Tower 19, where there is a designated swim and surf area so you can surf and swim without worries. Restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife and shopping are within walking distance.
