Vacation rentals with a home theater in Saigon River

방문한 에어비앤비 숙소들 중에 제일 좋았어요 👍 호스트가 비슷한 방들을 많이 가지고 있어서, 사진과는 아주 조금씩 다를 수는 있지만, 전체적으로는 거의 같은 컨디션이에요. 해당 숙소는 20층이라 정말 조용해서 좋았고 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요~ 그리고 화장실은 사진과 다르게 불투명 시트지로 되어있어서 안심했어요 😌 그리고 다른 곳들과 다르게 작은 수건 4, 큰 수건 4 이렇게 기본 제공되고, 호스트에게 말하면 하루에 한 번씩 수건 교체, 방 청소 해주세요. (수건 갯수, 청소 시간 정확하게 말씀드려야 서로서로 편해요 ☺️) - 원래는 에어비앤비로 다른 숙소를 예약했었는데, 거기가 일주일 전에 갑자기 해당 숙소가 에어비앤비 금지 숙소가 되었다며 예상치도 못하게 다른 곳으로 변경한다는걸 거절하고(사기같다는 생각이 들었거든요) 이 숙소로 부랴부랴 다시 예약하게 되었던건데, 오히려 너무 다행이라는 생각이 들었어요.. 😭 원래는 같은 지역에 가도 다른 에어비앤비를 경험해보고 싶어하는 타입인데, 몇번이고 여기로 올 것 같아요!! 진짜 후회 없으실겁니다,,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David & Kiera Le's place was an absolute hassle free experience. Apartment is well maintained. We enjoyed staying at their place and appreciate the support they extended through our stay.

Trang is a great host. When a problem arises , she responds quickly. She is helpful as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Joyce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Good place to stay

Nhà rất đẹp, có đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần nhà hàng và quán cà phê có view đẹp. Cây cảnh trong nhà được chăm sóc kỹ lưỡng. Tủ sách có nhiều sách thú vị, mình chưa kịp đọc hết. Vách phòng quá mỏng, hơi thiếu sự riêng tư. Dưới một con dốc cao, nhiều xe không nhận chở đến nơi. Nhà có thể ở được 14 người, nhưng đường không cho xe trên 7 chỗ vào nên đoàn đi nhiều sẽ phải di chuyển khó khăn

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Airbnb verbracht und war zufrieden. Die Lage ist im obersten Stock, sodass es relativ ruhig ist (kein Fahrstuhl). Es liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche gibt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, es gab auch sonst keine Probleme. Die kostenlose Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gewissenhaft und praktisch, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und einfach, in der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig für D1. Ich kann den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

The best host and place I have ever had so far. The house is very pretty and near many famous restaurants. Early checkin and late checkout are available, the host has a nearby hostel so it is very convenient. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Có lối đi riêng từ khoảng sân rộng lớn và cửa riêng bên cạnh. Home sạch sẽ và được thiết đẹp với hai phòng ngủ khép kín, và một giường trong không gian sinh hoạt chung, với 2 toilet. Một nơi rất riêng tư, thêm phần như được bảo vệ bởi bố mẹ anh chủ. Cô chú ấy là người tốt bụng, giúp đỡ chúng tôi mọi thứ, và bác ấy có quầy tạp hóa nơi góc đường để chúng tôi mua những thứ cần thiết mỗi ngày. Vị trí xa trung tâm một chút, cách khoảng trên 6-7 phút đi xe máy, nhưng bù lại xứng đáng với giá tiền như vậy. Nơi này phù hợp cho nhóm gia đình và nhóm bạn do có khu vực đốt lửa và BBQ trong sân cỏ rộng.Lời khuyên cho mọi người nên thuê xe số, hoặc xe tay ga mạnh để đi những con dốc nhỏ.Một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời cho gia đình chúng tôi, trong một home tuyệt vời như có bố mẹ của mình bên cạnh. We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

I had an amazing one-month stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and equipped with high-quality kitchen tools, which made cooking a pleasure. Điền was an outstanding host, always quick and clear in communication. The surrounding area is perfect for peaceful, relaxed living. Highly recommended!

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

A fantastic couple who rents this place and really makes you feel at home. Everything great with the apartment... Recommended :-)

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest
