Condo vacation rentals in Saigon River

We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

Attentive and responsive. The place was clean and free of clutter. They were able to accommodate luggage storage and early check in.

We stayed in five different units at The Metropole and this was the BEST one. The decor was high-end with a gorgeous view of the city skyline and bridge. Very friendly host. Highly recommend

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

The whole experience was great. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner at the start so the host made an effort to accommodate our booking. Despite the back and forth moving, we were thankful to have a place to stay. The team was also helpful in helping us moving between the units in the building. Would recommend to friends.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

I really like and feel comfortable staying at Tom's apartment. Very strategic location, easy to access and privacy. Lots of restaurants and easy to go anywhere. The facilities are complete and I feel like I'm at home. Someday I come to Ho Chi Min City, I want to stay again at Tom's apartment. Fantastic place and wonderful host , very responsive and helpful , the apartment has everything you need close by including a variety of different restaurants , gym , pools and a mega mall with everything you need within a short walk , would recommend for sure & definitely stay here again

The house is small but cozy and comfortable. The evening view is very beautiful, especially when it rains. What's special is that it's on a high floor but not noisy at all; it's very quiet and perfect for resting, studying, and working.

Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

Que Loc's place is really convenient location for calling a cab to reach District 1, which is the city center! it's located on the city fringe and thus it is also less bustling and crowded than in the city centre too! The studio is just right enough for a couple and it is comfortable and easy to check in. Would highly recommend staying here for no-frills stay and also if you want to head to city centre as well!

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!

hai's place is comfortable and communication is smooth. It matched the photos, and the view was nice.

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Can be a little difficult to drive to District 1 if it’s peak hour, but plan ahead and you’ll be good to go. Would definitely recommend.
