It is a quiet residential area, so only those who follow the house rules can use it. There are many things that are dangerous for children, so we do not allow children under 13 years old, including infants. * As a general rule, this building is not allowed to enter other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *

It is a 3-minute walk from the Nakano station. Because the apartment is in a commercial area, it is very convenient for dining and shopping. Nearby is Nakano Broadway, which is highly recommended for those who like anime and manga. There are also many BARs and izakayas, so it is a very recommended town for those who like alcohol.
