The apartment is 55 sqm, fully furnished and has a private roof terrace of 43 sqm facing southwest and north. Cable TV and broadband are available, kitchen with integrated appliances and bedroom with double bed. In the immediate vicinity you will find Storo Storsenter, extensive public transport, shops and eateries.

This is also a hub for buses and trams so you can easily get around from here. The apartment is located high on the 4th floor and is experienced as quiet despite its central location. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony under great climbing plants that decorate the beautiful brick facade. The apartment does not have a TV, but a projector can be arranged if desired.

My flat has a commanding view of the entire city, while being in a charming neighbourhood where you can sleep without worrying about unwanted noise. In the summer, the sun shines on the terrace all day, with a sunset around nine in the evening. The flat has a car park in the basement, with an elevator that takes you down. If you don't have a car, buses to the city centre leave approx. every 5 minutes

Just a 3-minute walk from Akerselva, you can enjoy a delightful 20-minute stroll along the river to reach Grünerløkka, or reach Torshov in just 6 minutes. The apartment provides excellent bus connections to all areas of Oslo, with a bus stop literally right outside the door. For travelers arriving by air, the airport bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away.
