In summer time there is a bustling beach life at the opera beach and at Sørengkaia.

There is a rich selection of restaurants in Sørenga and Bjørvika. It is only a 15 min walk to Karl Johansgate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics: fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, utensils and essentials. The bathroom has heated floor/towel warmers and good shower.
