Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Charming little townhouse close to forest and beach. The house is located in Sæby's old cozy district with only a 5-minute walk to Sæby square. The house is located in a beautiful old garden with a cozy courtyard environment and access from the garden to the fishermen's trail that leads directly to the harbor and the most beautiful beach. The house is 50 m2 with two sleeping places on a large loft in single beds (unsuitable for those with walking difficulties) as well as two sleeping places in the living room on a sofa bed. Max. 2 adults and possibly two children BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Small cozy house with garden. Room for 4 people and 1 child in a crib. There is a high chair and a weekend bed, if desired. The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
