Had to make a last minute trip to CA. this was my second time staying at Sergueis! both times it has been clean and comfortable! And is close to everything! definitely worth the stay!

We had a wonderful time with Randy and Beth in Elk Grove. The two rooms are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail – we felt at home from the very first moment. Everything was absolutely clean and well-maintained. The rooms offered enough space for the two adults and our daughter. The residential area is quiet and very safe, with restaurants and cafés just minutes away. We especially enjoyed the beautifully landscaped garden and the terrace of Randy and Beth, which we were allowed to use. Randy and Beth are extremely warm, attentive, and helpful hosts – we would love to come back!

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

It is worthy to stay here. We have everything we need. Only the problem is the air conditioning is controlled by the central system, we couldn’t close it. It is just our problem. The host has stated clearly. They are very trustworthy, just read the description carefully.

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful accommodation. I stayed here for almost two months as I was a visiting PhD student at UC Davis. The place is clean and you get to have a separate bathroom and bedroom for yourself. An ideal place for a student. And I got to visit their lovely restaurant situated in Davis downtown area. The food there is very nice. Nanda and his wife are extremely hospitable. I would recommend this place.

It was worth it! Thank you for having us on the weekend! We felt comfy and relaxing and it was peaceful. Yes I would recommend for people who wants to stay and relax for the weekends, come check it out! We would like to come back next time!!! :)

This place matched the description. I really enjoyed the well kept outside area. Roses, seating, very peaceful for me. It was too cold to swim but may be another time! There wasn’t much clutter. All was clean. The bathroom was huge with a nice shower. Great value!!

Wonderful stay! Cybil's place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon, Cybil had turned on the air conditioning and it was such a nice relief to come into a cool space. The shower is incredible and the bed was very comfortable. The listing is exactly as described and this is an all-around delightful spot to stay. I would stay again in a hearbeat!

It’s the kind of place you want to keep secret! We loved it and will certainly stay again. The only note (not worth taking away stars): The bed is SMALL. I think it’s a full size bed.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

Kristine went above and beyond in making sure my accommodations were perfect. She was the best AirBnB host I have ever worked with. Highly, Highly recommend staying at Kristines. Best experience and value for the money I have ever had!

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center of Midtown, and the private porch added an extra touch of charm. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating—when I spontaneously decided to bake a cake for my daughter, they not only provided a blender but even arranged a visitor parking pass so I could comfortably park my large 4x4 on the street. Their generosity and attention to detail made all the difference. I’m so grateful and can’t wait to return!

Excellent stay! Lots of thoughtful extras, easy to follow check in instructions were especially helpful as we got in very late the first night. Super clean, quiet, comfortable amenities and friendly, responsive hosts. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

Our stay was perfect. Situated close to relatives and easy to get to. We utilized the pool and walking paths and our family was welcomed. We will definitely visit again!

Extremely lovely stay with a very well stocked and supplied unit. Roxanne was great and accommodating - The unit has all the items you would expect in a home away from home plus some... nice welcome treats and a wonderful arrangement and offering of coffee/tea! Kitchen is well stocked with all equipment you could need. The living area is comfortable with nice couch and TV with lots of channels. The house is VERY relaxing. Wonderful stay!

Wesley's place was a lovely place to stay. It was clean, in a quiet, safe area, and comfortable. Wesley communicated very well. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our weekend trip.

We rented the whole house next door so please refer to our review on there. We rented the house for almost 6 weeks and this 1 bed for a week in parallel. Both are absolutely perfect, I would say among the top airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. If you get the opportunity, definitely pick them as your stays in Folsom. Tracey’s place is so beautiful! We felt right at home! It was safe, welcoming, peaceful, private and comfortable! The closet space was bigger than the pictures, the decoration was beautiful, she has a nice mini fridge, pots, an electrical hot place and a nice array of utensils to prepare light meals! The bathroom has a nice size, the shower is bigger than most Airbnbs. The bed was very comfortable to have a good night sleep. Tracey was so caring and adjusted the bed comfort for us. The tv was perfectly placed to enjoy either a movie in bed or a nice coffee or your meals on her super cute cofee table which you can elevate if want to be se your laptop. There is a beautiful ducks park nearby as well as east park in Sacramento only 15 minutes away. We stayed two weeks and look forward to say here in the future when we visit the area. Thank you Tracey for being an amazing host!

This place is absolutely lovely! My parents visited and stayed for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate by car. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, private, and comfortable, with its own entrance. Luis was warm and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Great stay in a great location! The building is older (built in 1910), but it’s been kept up really well and has a lot of charm. As someone who’s 6’4”, I did feel a bit tall in some spots, especially the bathroom with the lower ceilings … but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The space is perfect for a single couple visiting Midtown. Would definitely stay here again!
